Coordinator duties: Get TEKS matrix from Walter or Karen; divide TEKS between teams; receive concept words; get concept words changed into LCSH (a professional cataloger should do this task); return LCSH to the teams for approval; collect and coordinate the LCSH between the grade levels; send coordinated LCSH to Walter or Karen for conversion into authority headings.

Teacher and Librarian Team member duties:  Receive TEKS assignment from the Coordinator; generate concept words; review and approve LCSH; return LCSH to Coordinator.
