Ms. Pope

I am happy to be here this year! I have twelve years of teaching experience. I graduated in December 2006 with my Masters of Library Science degree from Texas Woman's University. I have been at Aikin Elementary since the 2006-2007 school year. I enjoy working with the students and faculty.

Aikin students are expected to use materials responsibly, and we do

not charge fines for late books.

Lost books and damaged books are charged. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to talk to Ms. Allen (469.593.1758). Click the link below to view all library policies.

Library Behavior

This year Aikin Students in grades 3-6 voted for their favorite Bluebonnet nominee book.

One, Potato, Two Potato is the winner for the state of Texas. Students that participated at Aikin were awarded a certificate and a pencil.
