Mrs. Rubin has been a librarian in RISD since 1989 and has been at Brentfield since 2002.  She received her BS degree in Elementary Education and her library certification from the University of Texas at Austin. (Go Longhorns!) She received her Masters of Education degree from The University of North Texas. Mrs. Rubin is also certified as a Reading Specialist.

Mrs. Rubin has a lot of hobbies.  She loves to read (of course), and she also likes to travel, especially on cruises.  If you ever see her on a cruise, you might even find her ballroom dancing with her husband.

Mrs. Rubin is married and has two grown daughters.  She also has a very spoiled Yorkshire Terrier named Harley.
